Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking an Operations Clerk in Phoenix, AZ to support warehouse management with inbound receiving and outbound selection. The role involves Excel data entry, coordinating with drivers, and assisting with audits.

You will relay assignments, maintain records, and help with mail and finance-related tasks across departments in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in an office/operation setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interact well with employees and customers.
• PC literate with advanced-level Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic Finance data functions.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls during the scheduled shift.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Relay work assignments to employees who are scheduled.
• Process all warehouse manifests to verify the accuracy of orders.
• Research and compile OS&D data (Over, Short, Damaged).
• Assist with food safety audits and other audits.
• Collection of incoming mail, packages, and consolidation to send to DCP headquarters.
• All customer orders, customer pick-ups, 3rd party deliveries, intercompany deliveries, signed and picked up RARs to be collected daily, scanned, and then emailed to Finance.
• General office file maintenance.
• Other finance-related data collection tasks as they arise.
• Other supporting tasks related to all areas of operation as deemed necessary by management.
