Job summary

National DCP, LLC is seeking an Operations Clerk, Warehouse in Phoenix, AZ to support inbound receiving and outbound selection. The role involves communicating with staff and truck drivers, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and aiding multiple departments while upholding NDCP’s food safety standards.

The position emphasizes clerical duties, data entry, mail handling, and office support within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in an office/operation setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with employees and customers.
• PC literate with advanced-level Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic Finance data functions.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls that may come in during the scheduled shift.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Relay work assignments to employees who are scheduled.
• Process all warehouse manifests to verify the accuracy of orders.
• Research and compile OS&D data. (Over, Short, Damaged)
• Assist with food safety audits and other audits.
• Collection of incoming mail, packages, and consolidation to send to DCP headquarters.
• All customer orders, customer pick-ups, 3rd party deliveries, intercompany deliveries, signed and picked up RAR’s to be collected daily, scanned, and then emailed to Finance.
• General office file maintenance.
• Other finance-related data collection tasks as they arise.
• Other supporting tasks related to all areas of operation are deemed necessary by management.
