Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift driving experience with certification.
• Safety-minded with knowledge of procedures and safety documents.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, quality and safety docs; strong communication.
• Willingness to overtime and flexible schedule.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with customer focus.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Receives, picks, packs, crates, labels, and ships materials.
• Operate forklift trucks and other material transport equipment.
• Load/unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack.
• Count parts and conduct inventory audits; cycle counting.
• Use Oracle and other PC/web apps to review, enter and edit data.
• Generate shipping labels and packing slips; verify accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; prevent material loss or damage.
• Read pick tickets and safety alerts; communicate with team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve warehouse processes while meeting Wabtec standards.
