Job Duties

• Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship materials
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse audits
• Use Oracle and other computer systems to track and update inventory data
• Generate shipping labels and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Read and follow pick tickets, packing instructions, and safety procedures
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and team-based projects
• Follow all quality, safety, and company standards

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
