Job summary

Millipore Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Danvers, MA. The role focuses on receiving, shipping, and moving materials between the off-site warehouse and the main plant. You will operate PIT equipment and box trucks safely while maintaining accurate ERP records.

Your Role

• Handle receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and main plant.
• Operate box trucks, forklifts, and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely.
• Perform ERP transactions, inventory records maintenance, and material software operations.
• Analyze inventory reports (LPNs, Min/Max, Aging, Shortages, Expiring) and execute prompt corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily workloads and cross-functional communication to maintain efficiency and hit production targets.
• Troubleshoot and elevate complex inventory or operational issues.
• Monitor equipment functionality and schedule required maintenance.
• Strictly adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of PIT experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
• Forklift experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Pay Range

Pay Range for this position: $23 - $40 / hour. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
