Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for fast-paced and motivated warehouse operators to perform various tasks including picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working at assigned stations or lines. Additionally, warehouse operators are responsible for safely operating various material handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others with manual lifting and stacking cases up to 6-8 high
• Work in wet environments and maintain temperatures of 35-40°F
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and nut allergens (if working in ice cream plant)
• Minimum six months experience operating a forklift in a high-efficiency environment
• Forklift operator's certification and ability to pass written and driving skills tests
