Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Stand Up Forklift Operator in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour for second shift
• Pay increases: $0.75 after 6 months, $1.00 after 1 year
• Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 4:00pm - 4:00am; Wednesdays alternate between 6-hour shifts 4:00pm - 10:00pm and 10:00pm - 4:00am

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to maintain professionalism
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability

• Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Accurate handling of paperwork and product staging
• Support for automated packing systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
