Job summary

A+ Products, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Marlboro Township, NJ. You will unload containers, pick/pack/ship orders, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation and signatures for outgoing shipments.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, familiarity with shipping software, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided for no-experience candidates. Safety checks on equipment are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers up to 600 cartons daily.
• Pick, pack and ship orders accurately.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Verify outgoing deliveries meet quality standards and proper signatures.
• Operate order picker, pallet wrap and forklift.
• Conduct daily safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain customer data in ERP and process orders efficiently.
• Keep detailed work records and assist with process improvements.
