Job summary

SHI International Corp. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey to unload and load deliveries, document inventory, and prepare orders for shipping. You will label inbound stock in AX, organize stock, and ensure accuracy while adhering to ISO 27001 requirements.

Responsibilities include processing orders in our shipping system, creating packing slips, and assembling palletized shipments. A high school diploma and weekend flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience with warehouse software or inventory labeling is a plus.
• Inventory accuracy and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Document and label inbound inventory in AX.
• Organize stock and packages for receipt of completed purchase orders (PO).
• Verify orders and receipts for stocking and shipping.
• Process orders in our shipping system.
• Create packing slips and shipping labels; pack orders to standards.
• Build and wrap palletized shipments; follow ISO 27001 requirements.
