A+ Products, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Marlboro Township, NJ. You will unload containers, pick/pack/ship orders, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation and signatures for outgoing shipments.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, familiarity with shipping software, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided for no-experience candidates. Safety checks on equipment are part of daily duties.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily activities in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Unloading Containers (up to 600 cartons)
• Pick, Pack and ship Orders
• Perform Cycle Counts
• Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards, and that order slips match and have the appropriate signatures
• Operate Order picker, Pallet Wrap and Forklift Machine
• Ensures that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments.
• Conducts daily safety checks on equipment, including forklift trucks, conveyor equipment etc.
• Setup and maintain accurate customer information including customer details, product codes, and pricing information in ERP.
• Receive, proof and process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing our order management system
• Maintains detailed and accurate work records.
• Collaborates with the manager to identify ways to improve department effectiveness; implements viable ideas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
• Forklift certificationpreferred not required
• Experience working with UPS WorldShip orFedEx Ship Manager

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No experience required, willing to train

Physical Requirements

• Standing for up to 8hrs
