Job summary

Carlton Farms is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support order fulfillment and stock handling at our facility in Oregon. You will build and ship orders, receive stock, and perform quality checks to keep inventory accurate and production running smoothly.

The role emphasizes following procedures, maintaining a safe workspace, and cooperating with team members to meet daily targets and maintain product flow.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain the production pace of other team members.
• Utilize power tools and various equipment needed to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory; report discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
