MillenniumSoft Inc in Irvine, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a 12-month contract. The position is 1st shift (8:00 am–5:00 pm), 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $16–$20 per hour.

This role focuses on shipping, receiving and order picking in a medical device company environment. Responsibilities include unpacking and inspecting shipments, verifying against purchase orders, maintaining receiving records and supporting inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Unpacks and inspects incoming shipments and records receipts.
• Compares shipments and packing slips to purchase orders for accuracy.
• Routes incoming goods and receiving documents per procedures.
• Maintains receiving records and inventory integrity.
• Supports inventory security, area cleanliness and logs.
• Pulls and issues product to production and Kanban flow when applicable.
• Verifies lot numbers and material traceability upon receipt.
• Prepares documentation for inventory movement and cycle counts.

Responsabilités

• Unpacks shipments and inspects for damage and records receipts.
• Verifies accuracy of incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Maintains receiving records and inventory logs.
• Supports inventory integrity and security of the warehouse.
• Pulls products for production and manages Kanban card flow.
