Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in El Paso, TX. The role requires manufacturing and receiving experience, and is a 12-month, 40-hour-per-week contract on W2. First shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) with a pay range of $16–$20 per hour.

The position involves shipping preparation, accurate logging, and inventory management within a medical device environment. Steel-toed shoes are required, and candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills preferred.
• Steel-toed shoes are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Uses judgment regarding location and storage of items, proper packaging, methods of movement of materials, and release of materials.
• Ability to work independently with limited instruction.
• May receive general supervision with routine tasks.
• May prepare goods for final shipment (domestic and international).
• Keeps accurate logs (written and on computer).
• Is knowledgeable of receiving and/or distribution function.
• May conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventories.
• Works effectively in a team setting to support goals and objectives.
• Makes decisions relevant to position requirements.
