Job summary

USOC Medical in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support shipping and receiving of medical equipment. This full-time, on-site position requires accurate data entry, inventory control, documentation, and efficient preparation of shipments.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in warehouse roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining safety and quality standards in alignment with ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks including Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Intermediate English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic data entry for material movement and daily reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Receive, inspect, and verify quantities of incoming materials.
• Prepare equipment for shipment with proper packing and labeling.
• Follow ISO 9001 and quality system requirements.
• Support warehouse organization and safety practices.
