Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an Inbound Equipment Operator to efficiently handle inbound shipments in our warehouse. You will unload pallets, verify items, and document received products using RF equipment and Voice Pick Technology.

This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a climate-controlled environment. A high school diploma is required, and you should be comfortable operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading and accounting knowledge.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Verify and document received products using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• Place items into designated storage locations and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist with order picking and loading for outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards promptly.
