Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring a Warehouse Operator/Material Handler for its Kohler, Wisconsin location. The role is onsite with a second shift (2:30PM-10:30PM) and overtime opportunities.

Compensation starts at $25.20 per hour with a $1.50 shift premium, plus comprehensive benefits from day one. Responsibilities include learning all pick zones, operating PIVs, and collaborating across teams. • Complete tasks independently or with others; flex to other zones as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for Warehouse Associates for our Distribution Center. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Associate will be required to learn and efficiently perform in all areas of “pick zones”. These areas will include, but will not be limited to: Shuttles, Picking, High Picking, Putaway, Replenishments and Overpack.
• The ability to operate all PIVs, as required.
• Ability to accomplish tasks on your own and with others is required.
• You will be flexed as needed to other zones.
• Other duties as assigned.
