Kohler Co. is seeking a Machine Cast Operator for our Kohler, Wisconsin location. This role involves operating robot demolding machines, finishing ware, and performing mold maintenance while complying with TPM tasks.

Shift is 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM with possible overtime. Qualifications include US work eligibility, strong communication skills, and being at least 18 years old. High school diploma preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $26.45, plus $1.50/hour shift premium

Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:30PM - 5:30AM

Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for a Machine Cast Operator to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Operate robot demolding machines, finish ware, perform mold maintenance and TPM tasks.
• Wear a respirator when required.
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
