Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring for a Warehouse Operator/Material Handler at our Kohler, Wisconsin Distribution Center. This role supports picking, putaway, replenishments and other zones, operating PIVs as required, with a 2nd shift 2:30PM-10:30PM plus overtime.

Starting pay is $25.20 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium, with day-1 benefits, health/dental/vision and a 401k with company match. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and capable of lifting up to 50

Responsibilities

We are looking for Warehouse Associates for our Distribution Center. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Associate will be required to learn and efficiently perform in all areas of “pick zones”. These areas will include, but will not be limited to: Shuttles, Picking, High Picking, Putaway, Replenishments and Overpack.
• The ability to operate all PIVs, as required.
• Ability to accomplish tasks on your own and with others is required.
• You will be flexed as needed to other zones.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
