Job summary

EControls in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operator I to support daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials. You will load and unload, verify condition, and use RF scanners to move items to loading docks, storage areas, and production floors.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with cycle counts, shipping/receiving and inventory control, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with cycle counts, shipping/receiving, stock control, inventory and recordkeeping.
• Material handling equipment experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; JDE preferred a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and multiple departments.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from carriers, suppliers and company owned vehicles.
• Move material using material handling equipment safely to/from docks, warehouse and production floor.
• Verify material condition prior to movement and notify management of discrepancies or damage.
• Utilize RF scanners to execute material movement throughout the facility.
• Read and execute simple logistics instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following performance guidelines.
• Understand and adhere to company safety guidelines.
• Perform other logistic duties as requested by leadership.
