Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year related experience.
• Stand-up or sit-down forklift driving skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent punctuality, good attendance, and reliability required.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, checking for damage or wrong quantities.
• Transport materials to production lines or storage racks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Pick and pack items for outbound orders and prepare goods for shipping.
• Track inventory and log stock movements into computer or ERP systems.
• May be required to do cycle counts and inventory verification
• Maintain safety standards and keep the work area clean and orderly.
