Warehouse Associate

San Antonio 78219 | $17-$19 an hour + overtime + benefits | 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Reach Truck experience++

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments to verify accuracy, condition, and documentation
• Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders according to customer and company requirements
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers (as certified)
• Accurately record inventory movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
• Consolidate, palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare freight for domestic and international shipment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific handling instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
• Support cross-docking, staging, and loading of trucks to meet shipping schedules and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals
• Adhere to security, quality, and compliance requirements, including C-TPAT and customer audits
• Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency
