Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Operator in Durham, NC for a 3-month contract. You will work 1st shift (8am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri) in a medical devices environment, performing basic duties under SOPs and supervision. Requires HS diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and forklift experience.

The role offers development in warehouse operations, adherence to quality guidelines, and reliable teamwork in a hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs+.
• Forklift experience (minimum 6 months).
• Read/write English; basic math proficiency.

Job Description

• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
