Job summary

PL Developments, also known as PLD, is a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of OTC pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods. The Warehouse Operator I will perform receiving, picking, packing and shipping in a fast-paced environment, working Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm to meet daily productivity targets while ensuring safety and quality guidelines are followed.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a deep reach truck, counter-balanced forklift, and pallet jack preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a handheld according to WMS to perform sales order picking, work order picking, and purchase order receiving.
• Complete shipping tasks such as replenishment, consolidation, checking, running pallets, loading, and related duties.
• Complete receiving tasks such as unloading, cycle counts, putaways, and inventory-related tasks.
• Verify work is accurate and report discrepancies to management.
• Report any damage or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Follow safety procedures and CGMP guidelines; adhere to SOPs/WIs.
• Verify safety inspection sheet and iWarehouse checklist before operating a forklift.
• Operate forklift safely to retrieve or store material.
• Keep work area clean, orderly, and inspection-ready; perform duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
