Job summary

PL Developments, also known as PLD, is a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of OTC pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods.

The Warehouse Operator I will perform warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily productivity targets while upholding safety and quality. Shift: Mon–Fri 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm; pay: $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years warehouse experience.
• Experience operating reach truck, forklift, and pallet jack.
• Basic Math and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team collaboration and good communication.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld according to WMS to pick sales orders and receive POs.
• Complete shipping tasks such as replenishment, consolidation, and loading.
• Complete receiving tasks such as unloading and cycle counts.
• Verify work accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Report damage or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Follow safety procedures and cGMP guidelines.
• Operate forklift safely to move materials.
• Keep workspace clean and inspection ready.
• Other duties as assigned.
