This role handles inventory movement, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and safety-compliant operations within a busy warehouse. You will operate forklifts and packaging equipment while maintaining accuracy and a tidy work environment.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team. Prior warehouse experience and willingness to learn new equipment are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift/reach truck experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately move, stage, and store inventory.
• Pick, fulfill, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Complete required equipment and safety checks.
• Operate material-handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Operate packaging equipment such as pneumatic staplers, foam machines, and nail guns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with team members and departments to complete daily tasks.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and safety concerns.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
