Responsibilities include verifying shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders for technicians and customers, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and assisting with cycle counts while maintaining clean, organized

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Unload, inspect, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and stage parts orders accurately for technicians, customers, and branch deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping outbound orders, including packaging and preparing freight.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided as needed).
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
• Assist with moving, organizing, and replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Support the parts department in meeting customer and technician needs in a timely manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
