Job summary

BRP US Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Employee for 1st shift in Beloit, WI. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, pick/pack orders, and maintain accurate inventory to support direct-to-consumer and dealer channels.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to operate forklift and warehouse equipment, reliable attendance, and willingness to work overtime onsite at Beloit facility. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS/ERP are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift and warehouse equipment operation is a regular duty
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of initiating and implementing projects or ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally
• Regular and reliable attendance; overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments; prepare and verify orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; light assembly as needed
• Ensure received merchandise is recorded and stored in the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock for D2C and dealer channels
• Load and unload trucks; ensure safe handling of products
• Collaborate with warehouse team and adhere to safety protocols
