Job summary

DreamPak is hiring a 1st Shift Shipping & Receiving Operator in New Berlin, WI. The role starts early with a 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. It includes an hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, a 401K plan, PTO and holiday pay.

The successful candidate will identify and mark incoming materials, manage inventory in the ERP system, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse while supporting production team logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate with management and other personnel.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mark incoming materials prior to stocking or shipping.
• Follow work instructions for shipping customer’s orders.
• Use ERP system to manage inventory.
• Fill shelves to create a neat, orderly appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Keep aisles open and clear for safety and efficiency.
• Pull orders for shipment.
• Operate forklift to unload materials and move items.
• Safely drive company vehicle between production facility and warehouse.
• Back up Materials Handler and Warehouse Lead as needed to maintain SQF integrity.
• Maintain food safety, employee safety, quality standards and customer specifications.
• Report any food safety problems to authorized personnel.
