Job summary

BRP US Inc. is seeking motivated Warehouse Employees for 1st shift in Beloit, WI. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, organize inventory, and ensure timely delivery to customers and dealers.

You will regularly operate forklifts, pick and pack orders, and maintain accurate records. This onsite, full-time role requires safety compliance, reliable attendance, and teamwork with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able and willing to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment - these tasks are a regular part of daily duties.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime based on business needs.
• Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite full-time in Beloit, WI site.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or order picker as part of daily warehouse duties (training provided).
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with correct labeling and secure packaging.
• Record and store received merchandise accurately in the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet direct-to-consumer and direct-to-retail demands.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling for transportation.
• Collaborate with warehouse team and communicate effectively for smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
