Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Beloit, WI. Primary duties include loading/unloading trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, receiving, storing, and preparing orders for shipment.

The role requires handling forklifts and other equipment, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. High School diploma or GED is preferred, with reading, math, and basic English comprehension needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and memos.
• Ability to add and subtract.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.
• Use forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Move inventory for unloading, loading, and staging for production or shipping.
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing merchandise and notify supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and orderly shipping area.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory records as required.
• Ensure power vehicles are in proper working order with pre-trip inspections.
