Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Operators to join the manufacturing team in Wilson, NC. This full-time role features 12-hour day or night shifts, scheduled 14 out of 28 calendar days, with starting pay at $20.60 per hour and raises every 3–6 months up to $26.09.

Typical requirements include a high school diploma or vocational training, forklift experience preferred, and the ability to handle materials flows and logging movements. Excellent benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree.
• Forklift experience is preferred for handling materials.
• Willingness to operate both manual and low-complexity machinery.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain flow of materials and products according to guidelines.
• Log the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Operate low complexity motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
