Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Operators to join the manufacturing team in Wilson, NC. This full-time role features 12-hour day or night shifts, scheduled 14 out of 28 calendar days, with starting pay at $20.60 per hour and raises every 3–6 months up to $26.09.
Typical requirements include a high school diploma or vocational training, forklift experience preferred, and the ability to handle materials flows and logging movements. Excellent benefits begin on day one.

Day Schedule Week 1: 7am – 7:30 pm, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)
Day Schedule Week 2: 7am – 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
Night Schedule Week 1: 7pm – 7:30 am, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)
Night Schedule Week 2: 7pm – 7:30 am, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
Starting wage is $20.60 per hour with raises every 3 - 6 months, with a top pay of $26.09 per hour.
