Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Wilson, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to operate and troubleshoot a range of equipment to meet production specs. You will help set up lines, move materials, monitor output quality, and maintain daily records while joining a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule.

The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, can operate multiple pieces of equipment, and has prior industrial or manufacturing experience. Training and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts
• Must be willing to operate multiple pieces of equipment
• Must be willing to troubleshoot and problem solve
• 2 years of previous industrial/manufacturing/maintenance experience
• 2 years of stable work history

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production records
• Other duties as assigned
