Job summary

QXO is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Florida to support daily warehouse operations and yard logistics. You will operate forklifts, prepare materials for customers and deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy while complying with safety protocols.

The role involves outdoor work environment and potential overtime based on business needs. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, with a strong emphasis on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred.
• Commitment to providing outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse and outdoor environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and ability to regularly work early morning hours.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols, wearing PPE.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed.
