Job summary

QXO in the United States is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain inventory records, and help keep a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, willingness to work outdoors and early hours, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Lift up to 100 lbs.
• Customer-first mindset with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong safety, organization, and accuracy.
• Able to work in a physically active outdoor environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work early morning hours.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean work environment and perform general maintenance.
