QXO, Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations, safely handling building materials and preparing them for customers and deliveries. You will operate forklifts, maintain inventory records, and ensure a clean, safe workplace.

Ideal candidates bring forklift experience, a customer-first mindset, strong safety focus, and reliable transportation for early morning shifts; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment is required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred and safety-focused.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset is essential.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents, maintain documentation and inventory counts.
• Inspect, organize, maintain and track inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; assist with painting as needed.
