QXO is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations, loading, unloading, and organizing building materials for customers and deliveries. You will operate forklifts, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Requirements include forklift experience, strong safety mindset, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualificações

• Warehouse or forklift experience required.
• Commitment to safety and PPE protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a physically active, outdoor environment.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to load/unload and move materials.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE consistently.
• Keep the workspace clean and may perform painting as needed.
