Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking motivated individuals for a warehouse role that includes learning forklift operation and baler/compactor use. Starts at $14/hour and guaranteed 38 hours per week; training and certification opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, sorting and packing donated goods, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year work experience in retail, warehouse or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (baler, forklift, pallet jack, compactors).
• Load and unload trucks; move boxes, bins and crates.
• Sort, pack, wrap, bale and transport donated goods.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse workspace and report production numbers.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to attendance policies.
