Job summary

Amazinggoodwill is seeking a warehouse associate to support efficient warehousing, movement, and organization of product in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to Goodwill process standards, with regular supervision and a focus on quality control.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized work areas, operating forklift equipment, ensuring FIFO inventory, and contributing to continuous improvement in material flow while meeting productivity targets

Qualifications

• Flexible hours and a varied schedule.
• Forklift usage up to 85% of the day.
• Experience with machinery preferred, but not required.
• Able to complete and retain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of assigned area to support efficient workflow.
• Follow processes for protection and usage of high value assets including transportation fleet and equipment.
• Increase familiarity with equipment and gain knowledge and confidence.
• Maintain inventory control (First In First Out).
• Suggest improvements in material flow and equipment maintenance to management.
• Communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing material.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Meet productivity goals using best practices.
• Complete logs and reports as directed.
• Maintain organization and supply of operating materials.
• Operate equipment safely following guidelines and use of protective equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
