Express Employment Professionals in Worland, WY is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to support packaging operations in a fast-paced agricultural production environment.

Forklift experience is required; you must be able to lift 51–70 lbs frequently, work extended hours during peak seasons, and maintain accurate records while following safety and OSHA standards. You will unload trucks, package seed, and operate processing equipment as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Package seed accurately according to weight and treatment.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. This hands-on position supports packaging operations by ensuring product accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced, agricultural production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Package seed accurately according to weight and treatment requirements.
• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished products.
• Unload trucks in all weather conditions.
• Stack, stencil, tag, and clean bags and pallets in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of product bagged and/or boxed.
• Operate seed processing equipment, including cleaners, treaters, and packaging machines.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company environmental health standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in packaging, agriculture, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work extended or irregular hours during peak seasons.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

Working Conditions
