Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Worland, WY is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to support packaging operations in a fast-paced agricultural production environment.

Forklift experience is required; you must be able to lift 51–70 lbs frequently, work extended hours during peak seasons, and maintain accurate records while following safety and OSHA standards. You will unload trucks, package seed, and operate processing equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in packaging, agriculture, or warehouse ops preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Able to lift 51–70 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Package seed accurately according to weight and treatment.
• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished products.
• Unload trucks in all weather conditions.
• Stack, stencil, tag, and clean bags and pallets promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of product bagged/boxed.
• Operate seed processing equipment (cleaners, treaters, packaging).
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
