Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator with manufacturing environment experience for a 12-month contract in Four Oaks, NC. The role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, handling materials, and meeting safety and quality standards.

1st shift, 40 hours/week, OT may be required. The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background and drug screenings.

Job Description

• HIGH SCHOOL Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50lbs, unassisted.
• Candidates with previous pallet jack electrical experience with have first preference.
• Candidates that have previous work experience in a manufacturing environment will have first preference.
• Can start pending Background but Drug screening and all criminal background checks must first be cleared

Position Summary / Qualifications

• Operates material-handling equipment such as forklifts, sit-down slip sheet equipment, pallet jacks, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within a plant or warehouse.
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific process or work area. Applies basic knowledge to complete routine tasks following prescribed steps and established SOPs while adhering to quality standards.
• Works under general to limited supervision.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse or related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required licenses, training, or certifications as needed. Possesses basic training in operational processes such as material handling, logistics, or manufacturing production.
• Must demonstrate effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors, have the ability to read, write, and comprehend English-language documents, perform basic math calculations, and operate in a metrics-driven environment. Basic computer skills are required.
