Job summary

Singular Genomics Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the Supply Chain team in La Jolla, CA.

You will own inventory accuracy, data integrity within NetSuite ERP, and material traceability, while supporting inter-site transfers and shipping/receiving. You’ll work 8am–4:30pm on the first shift, collaborating with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance to safeguard inventory and enable continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Valid driver’s license for operating transport vehicles.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools and barcode scanning.
• RF‑Smart experience and asset management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound material and inspect against PO, packing slips, and specs to verify quantities.
• Execute system receipts and log inventory accurately into ERP (NetSuite).
• Manage site-to-site transfers and routine truck runs between facilities.
• Support shipping/receiving, non-inventory purchasing logistics, and space optimization.
