Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Edison, NJ to handle receiving, storage and shipment of products. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack and prepare orders, operate equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Location is on-site with a variable schedule. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, overtime as needed, and familiarity with RF scanners and WMS. Cardinal Health offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; preferred.
• Must be able to lift frequently up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime may be required with little notice.
• RF scanner and material handling experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, pack, wrap pallets, and prepare shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (order picker, forklift, reach truck).
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in and out products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report issues promptly.
• Attend associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
