Job summary

CHEP is seeking motivated Warehouse Operators to support our service center operations in Redlands, CA. This role focuses on safe, efficient container preparation in a structured production environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our service center by supporting container preparation and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment

• Using food‑grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations

• Supporting daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards

• Wearing required PPE and following all site safety procedures

• Working as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
