Job summary

CHEP in Redlands, CA is seeking motivated Warehouse Operators to support our service center operations within a structured, safety-focused production environment. You’ll help ensure container preparation and cleanliness to meet daily goals.

We offer $20.80/hour, Monday–Friday shifts, biweekly pay, and full benefits from Day 1, including Medical/Dental/Vision, PPE, 401(k) with match, PTO after 90 days, and tuition reimbursement plus profit sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or sanitation work in an industrial or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment.
• Use cleaning chemicals prepared to correct concentrations.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our service center by supporting container preparation and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment
• Using food‑grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations
• Supporting daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Wearing required PPE and following all site safety procedures
• Working as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
