Job summary

DFA in Minnesota is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to perform various warehouse and inventory tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing items in a refrigerated environment. You will read production schedules and customer orders to prepare and ship orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

The role requires basic math, clear communication, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year warehouse, distribution, or related experience.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items to racks, shelves, or bins.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Check shipment details and bills of lading for accuracy.
• Use computer to scan/enter inventory and records.
• Complete daily pick sheets and cycle counts.
