Job summary

dfa is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to perform inventory, receiving, storage and distribution tasks in a cooler/refrigerated environment. Read schedules and orders to move items, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate counts for safe handling.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, scanning inventories, cycle counts, and adhering to quality and sanitation rules. A high school diploma and 1–2 years warehouse experience are preferred; forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items to racks, shelves, or bins.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or material requests and distribute to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading onto trucks/trailers.
• Use computer to scan or enter/maintain inventories and records.
• Complete daily pick sheets, cycle counts, and production take backs.
• Assist with monthly and year-end inventory counts as required.
• Monitor materials and equipment and report irregularities to supervisor.
