Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a warehouse team member to deliver exceptional service by efficiently and accurately selecting products for Wegmans stores. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset.

You may operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect systems to ensure correct orders and maintain cold-chain integrity. Applicants should be comfortable lifting 20–25 pounds routinely and up to heavier loads occasionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate required equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect).
• Maintain knowledge of quality standards/specifications for all products.
• Inform operations management of daily quality issues using reports and other communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pallets of product are built safely and efficiently to minimize damage and maximize trailer space.
• Safely operate equipment to perform duties (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect).
• Perform order audits to determine accuracy and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of quality standards/specifications for all products.
• Inform operations management of daily quality issues using reports and other communication.
• Maintain integrity of cold chain on loads with temperature requirements.
• May work in cold temperatures; lift 20-25 lbs on average; max weight greater than 50 lbs occasionally to frequently.
