Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a warehouse selector to join the distribution team. You will accurately pick products for Wegmans stores, ensuring top service through attention to detail and teamwork.

The overnight schedule features four 10‑hour shifts per week with opportunities for a bonus up to $500. Responsibilities include safe pallet building, equipment operation (pallet jack, forklift, Vocollect), audits for accuracy, and maintaining cold chain integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience operating pallet jack, forklift and Vocollect systems.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and accuracy in order selection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pallets are built safely and efficiently to minimize damage and maximize space.
• Safely operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack and Vocollect as needed.
• Perform order audits for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of product quality standards and requirements.
• Notify management of daily quality issues via reports and communications.
• Maintain cold chain integrity for temperature‑sensitive loads and lift 20–50 lbs.
